최근 확산되는 대기업 ESG 경영에 막연한 불안감을 느끼는 중소기업이 늘어나고 있습니다. 최근에 수행한 “대기업 공급망 ESG 관리현황 분석” 프로젝트를 통해 알게된 대기업 공급망 ESG 관리 정책에 대한 주요 시사점에 대해서 얘기해보고, 이러한 현상이 왜 일어나고 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 합니다. 공급망 ESG 평가 현황 시총·매출액 등을 반영하여 선정한 주요 대기업 30개사를 선정, 지속가능경영보고서 분석 및 ESG 담당부서 설문조사 작업을 수행, 공급망 ESG 평가를 운영중으로 밝힌 비율은 ‘19년 17개사(57%), ’20년 20개사(67%), ‘21년 25개사(83%)로 '19년 대비 ‘21년 약 27%p(17개사→25개사) 증가하며 전반적으로 공급망 ESG 평가를 강화하는 추세를 보이고 있습..
